At Ledlenser, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and protective liners are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
